SETUP.DLL file is not a valid windows file?

I have Windows XP on this computer and when I try to load the "Zoo Tycoon" game it says
Dll D:\directx\dsetup.dll is not a valid windows image.
I have Direct x 8.1 on my computer. The game loaded on my second computer which has Windows 98. Can any one help me.

I would like to suggest that you upgrade your Direct X and see if that will fix your problem--- .
www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.aspx
It may simply be a corrupt Direct X file, anyway let me know what happens k
