Can't download updates!!

Hi, I have Zoo2 in portuguese (Brazil) and everything went fine downloading the first bonus contents, but I wasn't able to download the new ones (Must ox and tundra theme park).
Can you help me out?

PS:yes, I am connected to the internet
PS2: the brazilian site does not have any download content (including the patch), so i guess it's not a "language version problem"

The downloads may only be available for the English speaking versions. Does anyone know this for sure?

Cant download new items etc.
