this is my first problem ive encountered in zoo tycoon ok here goes today i bought zoo tycoon 2 FINALLY  i put it on my comp and settled down to play.i did all the tutortials did one campaign and decided id do a freeform zoo but as soon i clicked on freeform zoo it just locked up i rebooted the computer and tried challenge mode that wouldnt work.Everything but those two options work i dont know why has anyone else got this problem my computer is about 4 years old but it can run all my other games no problem. |

This is the first problem I've heard of with Zoo Tycoon 2. If the game meets your system requirements all I can say is wait until a patch comes out.
Does this happen every time or was it a one off?

yes it happens all the time at the moment i can only play campaigns and ttorals so i dont think its a video card problem

What is the memmory on your computer ???I got one for christmas but my computer only has 192 MB on it do you think I can play any mode on thier?

I have that exact same problem. I only had 192 MB at first, but then I got more memory from the store. But then it told me that video card thing! I'm glad I'm not the only one! Someone HAS to help us!!! The weird part is, my brother got rollercoaster tycoon 3, and he has the same computer as me, and his game works fine!!!
