Zoo Tycoon 2

I would like to see the abilty to edit what is in the animal buildings also. I would like to see guest view where you could see your zoo from a guest's perspective. I would like the ability to build cages with tops on them where you could house birds, flying prehistoric animals, and other flying creatures too. I would like to see some new animals too:
Aardvark, Wolverine, Badger, Sumatrin Rhino, Indian Rhino, Bald Eagle, Mongoose, Anaconda, Bonobo, Beaver, Bobcat, Whitetail Deer, Elk, Tazmanian Devil, and so many more.

In Zoo Tycoon 2 It would be nice if guests actually used tables and benches and food courts. Also If they are angry They could say what is making them angry
May be a petting zoo where we could see the guest petting animals.
I would like things to be more visible. It seems that you are always too far away.

My guests use tables and benches and go to the food buildings.

However, I would like more information about why guests are angry. All too often I've had a guest angry because he is hungry, yet he walks right by a snack stand or restaurant. If it's too expensive, I'd like to know.

ive heard that it will most likely be announced early next week because Blue Fang is supposed to be showing off a new game made with the makers of Zoo Tycoon (microsoft) at the new york toy show, which is Feb. 15- 18. So maybe we will here something soon.

These are great Ideas--- but what I would like to see-- is the ability to become a guest in my own zoo--- to be able to see the animals in the exhibits the way that my guests do--- I mean seeing our own built structures and fencing that we used and being able to read the signs and maps and that sort of thing-- I know-- boy would that increase game size hehehe-- but it would be kool hehehe

Also if they include a train-- the ability to ride it would be Awesome
and the ability to send it through certian feield exhibits would be kool, guests could see Bison close up

That is a cool idea, Web. Like a virtual zoo. If it's impossible to implement, I'd at the very least like to see a 3D representation of my zoo, so that I can view it from any angle or zoom factor. Right now, the fixed isometric views are kind of restrictive.

Let me see, what would I like to see in Zoo Tycoon 2?

First of all, I'd love to be able to have my zookeepers do some things for me. For example, have zookeepers automatically replace trampled terrain with new, purchase toys and shelters when more animals are born, that kind of thing.

I also would like to be able to have more birds in the game, so I'd like to have roofed enclosures, and be able to adopt parrots, eagles, hawks, etc.

Someone posted having a train ride to give tours on, I'd like that as well.

Oh, a pet peeve of mine for some time has been the "boat rental" shack, that doesn't charge money?!?!?
Whats up with that? Fix that please.

Now, what I'd really like to do, and this is probably impossible, but heck, it is a wishlish right, is be able to turn an exhibit into a screen savber. Say you've got a really great exhibit, say of White Bengal Tigers, and its got about 6 or so of them, with waterfalls, rocks, everything. Now, as you are playing, you click on it, and select "Make screensaver". When you finish playing, that exhibit would become your screensaver, and you'd be able to watch your animals play, eat, sleep, reproduce, die etc. Your keeper would come in and feed them, heal the sick ones, guests would walk by and take pictures etc. The "real" exhibit would not be effected and when you reload the game, would be in the same state you left it. Kind of a whacky idea I know, but if they can make virtual fishtanks, why not this?

Did you know that you can change the resolution on your ZT game-- Man it is awesome check it out-->>

click on the floppy disk Icon and look on the right side of that menu for more Icons-- click on the computer Icon and if your system will allow you to it will go to a higher / lower resolution -- Try resolution a of 1280 x 1024
you can also change the terrain blending and other things there.

I hope the keep that sort of stuff in ZT2

What I would like to have in ZT2:

More animals!
The ability to build on a diagonal or in curves, not just at 90-degree angles
More themed restaurants and other buildings
A hotel
More scenery
A train to take guests around, and safari jeep rentals that can go into the enclosures
A skyway
Bridges and tunnels
Enclosed fencing so you can adopt eagles, fruit bats etc.
Adjustable fence height
Animal contraceptives – my lions, warthogs and chimps breed out of control
The ability to assign maintenance workers to specific areas like you can for the zookeepers
Nighttime would be cool

Wow, I could just go on and on… I can't wait for fall!
